My path to officiating began through ministry and chaplaincy, where I served others in times of joy, loss, transformation, and renewal. Those experiences taught me that every ceremony carries its own kind of holiness. Sometimes it’s wrapped in scripture and prayer; other times, it’s found in laughter, music, or the promises two people make in their own words.
